I don\u2019t mind getting my hands dirty, even if I\u2019ve had a full day of work and I\u2019m exhausted by the time I get home. If it\u2019s my dream, I\u2019m going to make it happen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 12pt;\">But that\u2019s just me. If you pay someone on commission, the more you invest, the more you\u2019ll have to share. The product you\u2019re considering is a commodity, meaning it won\u2019t have much protection since others are probably selling nearly identical products. Chances are, they\u2019re sourcing from the same supplier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-size: 12pt;\">Since you\u2019re just trying to get your feet wet quickly, maybe it\u2019s best to hire an agent to negotiate the best price for you. What kind of agent? More importantly, this is your money.
